Authors claiming to write accurate 'eyewitness' overall accounts of WWII are lying

Any and every eye witness to WWII - all two billion of them - is more than competetent to give us a overall history about the six long years of WWII propaganda, big lies, censorship and secrets they personally endured.

But any personally attested truths they can reveal to us about the war will be small and local - that bit of the total overall truth that they happened to personally witness, from 'the inside'.

A history of WWII that is anyway accurate needs thousands of such witnesses, each often contributing but a single small truth ---- Frequently they weren't even aware their experience was accurate, important and unique.

Perhaps then it will be left to people who didn't personally experience WWII - who thus have less BS & BUMPF to un-learn - to help assemble a more fact-driven narrative.
